The subject of the service is providing information about properties throughout the Czech Republic (cadastral data, title deed, owners, encumbrances, AI risk analysis) and, for properties in the capital city of Prague, additional data from the Prague sources (zoning, noise, transport, parking, local amenities, air quality). The data is drawn from the data services of the Czech Office for Surveying, Mapping and Cadastre (ČÚZK) (the public ČÚZK REST API and the commercial ČÚZK WSDP service for title deeds, owners and encumbrances), from the RÚIAN register (ČÚZK), from the Institute of Planning and Development of the City of Prague (IPR Praha) and from OpenAQ. Mapy.com is used only for address autocomplete and is not a source of property data.
